At the Productivity Lab, we take the design, planning and execution governance of Material Management improvement programs very seriously. Typically, these programs have a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and comprise a potentially large number of complex initiatives, so both design / roadmap, plans and governance are vital for sucessful execution.

The PMO offering focuses on delivering:

  • Program roadmap emphasizing balance on soft and hard actions

  • Program Management Office (PMO) charter and onboarding of personnel

  • Fit-for-purpose governance system driving timely outcomes

We are methodology-agnostic and will fit in with your organization’s methodology of choice, and we will raise our hands if we feel some initiatives are better suited to a different methodology.

At the Productivity Lab, we aim to design and onboard outcome-focused PMOs that deliver balanced improvement programs in which delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and coaching execution teams are appropriately balanced, based on the specific situation.

Although we believe our Health Checks to be the best in the business, we are quite happy to assist in the planning and PMO setup based on for instance, an internal analysis.
